Pros
Management track, flex time, opportunities for growth. Many opportunities if you work hard, and also they take into consideration what area you enjoy working in. They also are starting to have more people work from home which can be great for those with small children.
Cons
At times felt like factory work, or like you were in school still the way you were watched but probably necessary because some people take advantage. If you have a sick child it can be difficult to take time away from work, again some people take advantage so they are very strict on sick time.
