They pay over market salary rate, so they attract top talent. Everyone leaves within a year, but at least you grow your network really well.
Cons
High pay does not make up for volatility and chaos. Leadership lives in fear of a narcissistic self-aggrandizing, elitist ceo who doesn’t believe in work/life balance. (“If you want to be great, there is no balance” -Blake, Feb 2025)
Zero vision for the company. The direction has shifted quarterly. Product hasn’t delivered roadmap items for 3+ years. Sales is a revolving door of friends the CRO and their friends. Good ol’ boys club where you have to be a chosen golden child to get treated with respect or fairness.
No value on the revenue retention the CSMs have given. They just fired all the CSMs because they think they can keep all their customers happy with AI (good luck with all the customers who have been waiting years for product enhancements).
Touts the value of “don’t be a jerk” and actively acts like a jerk. Exec leadership is delulu. Middle management lives in fear of doing the wrong thing or catching the wrong side of Blake. V toxic.
