Pros

dog friendly office nice direct colleagues remote working

Cons

- no recognition - no pay raises only a small percentage increase a year to adjust for inflation, when in reality it doesn't even cover a fraction of inflation so you're taking a pay cut every year. - global manager said in global meeting that idexx has no obligation to increase salaries in line with inflation while they fill their own pockets and grant their own bonuses. - bottom line employee salaries and bonuses are lacking. - teams are understaffed and overworked in order to keep the sales department happy. as another reviewer mentioned, sales has no consideration for work ethics or values and they are protected by upper management including our own managers who should be advocating for the teams they manage. - everyone is burnt out. morale and engagement is low as indicated by the company survey year on year. -employees aren't able to max out the salaries of their current positions before being gaslit to move into other positions that only offer a fraction of an increase. maybe €50 a month extra. when we applied for these positions we were given ranges based on experience, and many employees are going year upon year without increases that reflect positive recognition from the company. management scratching their heads wondering why no one wants to be there.

Pros

Great team/people. Cutting edge technologies. Fantastic Agile framework. They actually follow the process! They really care about animals.

Cons

The BSA position is odd, since you're not actually gathering requirements from the stakeholders. You get them from the Product Owner. You still refine the stories and discuss as a team and clarify things and questions go back to the stakeholders if needed. VERY low pay.
