Pros
Benefits after 30 days. Profit sharing. Great people to work with, mostly. They match your 401k 100%. You learn a lot. It's a great stepping-stone.
Cons
Can be high-anxiety. It's easy to get burned out because it's highly routinized, highly monotonous. Very fast-paced. Sometimes it feels like you have to be on amphetamines to work there - but hey, as long as you make sure you know what you're doing, and just do your job, paying attention to detail, making sure your work is perfect, you should be ok.
