- Steady job - Semi-decent pay - Decent benefits - Overtime available

Cons

- You are a just number - Management constantly on the wrong people’s backs - Management plays favorites. Not everyone is held to the same standard. - Certain female member of management totally overbearing to the point you feel you’re being harassed. - Company releases half-baked promotions and CSRs just run damage control - for nearly EVERY promotion. - Things are not fully fixed before moving onto the next promotions. - No opportunity for advancement (unless you’re a favorite)

Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

Cons

The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
