Great benefits, nice people to work with

Cons

The workload is absolutely insane. I worked at IGT for 3 years and it slowly went downhill. IGT signed contracts with different states that you would handle customer service for. There never was enough staff. Forget having a life outside of IGT, especially when powerball or mega millions is near or over $100million. You will work overtime and if no one hits, you will work your but off for a month straight. IGT will compensate with lunch usually but it’s not worth it.

Pros

I was allowed to work remotely.

Cons

Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
