      You aren’t micromanaged and can do your job. 4/10s company vehicle. Coworkers are awesome. Direct manager is awesome.

      Cons

      Poor scheduling. No such thing as work life balance. Bad communication. Pay could be better. Benefits suck.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.
