      Poor pay in finance compared to other firms My manager was really a micro-manager and monitored my every move He could be very sarcastic and condescending Pay is not worthwhile

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
