      Great schedule. Quality pay. Great work life balance. One week you work 4 days with 3 days off. Next week you work 3 days on and have 4 days off

      12 hour shifts can be long for some people

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
