Interesting work, some excellent teams, good work life balance especially for research/consulting standards.
Cons
No corporate culture fosters an "every man for himself" environment. Highly centralized decision making means that it is nearly impossible to distinguish high performers from dead weight. 20% of IHS employees do 80% of the work. Treats skilled managers like children since they have no responsibility over their operations.
