Salary, culture, benefits, yearly trip, bonus. Don't expect big money unless you're a head trader or been there 5 or more years
Cons
Treatment of people leaving is mixed. Some people get a party, others are walked out the door. Yet others are made to work the transition period without even an announcement they're resigning. People seem like a commodity at times.
