I hard-to-find combination imo. - Focus on learning and development - Management genuinely care about employees health and well-being - Internally collaborative and externally competitive - Perfect culture for those of us who thrive when being challenged, who want to continue to be better and who enjoy working with and learning from other intelligent and driven individuals
Cons
- Bonuses are opaque and almost unclear how to calculate - The pace is fast and you need to be able to change tack quickly and with little notice which may not suit everyone
