Pros
Lots of smart people, probably a good employer for people who just finished university. Also to be fair, I believe it was a nice place to work a while ago.
Cons
Very volatile atmosphere. There is no intention to build anything for the longer term, be it in terms of software, architecture, infrastructure, teams. Immature clique of leaders, cowboy mentality, and no commitment to anything or anyone.
