Pros
IMC has a very collaborative environment, and you are given significant responsibility once the formal training program ends. Every day I learn something new, and it is very rewarding to work with such passionate, smart and considerate people.
Cons
Overall my experience has been very positive. The hours can be a bit long, but that is also why I love working at IMC. There are always exciting things to work on, and the work is meaningful.
