Pros
I've been at IQPC for a few months now, and I love it! Here's a few reasons why: The People: It is so easy to build friendships here - everyone is so nice and supportive! Definitely the best workplace environment I've been apart of. Management: I'm not afraid to ask for help - I'm super lucky to have a supportive and understanding manager, who never leaves me in the dark - or even make a mistake because I know I won't be judged or offended, instead I end up feeling motivated and eager to learn from it. Dress Code: I'm glad I can wear whatever I feel comfortable in - so long as it is appropriate for the office. It is more 'smart casual'. Location: Our office is located in North Sydney. It is very central and a variety of great food/cafes around! Ongoing Training: We are always looking for ways to improve - which I love. Everything we do is a team effort, so we often have team meetings where we sit and assess how our week is going and discuss how we can progress. Appreciation: Office wide emails go out daily to celebrate our wins - big or small. These gestures may not seem like a lot but they always make my day! Makes you feel like that what you do is appreciated and matters :)
Cons
I can't lie and say this job isn't stressful, because it is! Sometimes I struggle with meeting deadlines and chasing up a few things before the week ends, however, it does pay off in the end - The good always outweighs the 'not so good'!
