      Company has plenty of money, so innovation can be funded In the right role, with the right manager, one can be given a lot of freedom, and achieve a lot

      Stuck in the past mentality from much of the company No real company culture, or values set Some odd people in senior leadership positions, whose negative behaviours go unchecked

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
