Pros

Acceptable benefits, 75% tuition reimbursement up to 6K, ability to work from home if you are a "chosen one"

Cons

Management is terrible, Senior management has no care for employees, biostaticians working 60+ hours a week with lower than average compensation, they'd rather burn through employees than treat the current staff well, no business vision, no focus on profitability always having to work under contracts in which the company makes no profit or loses money, the resent lay-offs were not handled well. IF they had managers that knew about business maybe they wouldnt have to lay people off because they could actually make money off the contracts they create! Crazy concept at Q. Higher ups sign ridiculously low contracts because they dont care, they will always have a job and have big salaries and bonuses... its the common worker that just gets laid off in the end and the ones that are left have to work twice as hard knowing they still arent even making money for the company! It is a VERY depressing place to work full of greedy horrible people.

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
