Pros

Company produces drug research data.

Cons

This company has been taken over by a one-note wonder, a CEO with the uninspired modern playbook of moving all work to India and cutting resourcing to a bone. This place is a modern sweat shop and no matter how hard you work with your 2-3 full time jobs and one mediocre salary, you will not be noticed by your manager across the world and it will be meaningless as they continue to move jobs to the lowest cost countries. This company issues unending meaningless propaganda about caring for its employees and then over allocates them, underpays people below the executive level, provides poor equipment, and has crushing deadlines that never cease. If you work here, you are to be squeezed until you leave. There is high turnover in many of the support positions. Management is basically unaccountable as staff is left to clean up one bad idea after another. The FDA should be wary of the work coming out of this company. Staff here are reduced to working no more then a Mechanical Turk.

Pros

Great pay initially, especially after negotiating. People are very smart and willing to meet for networking and learning opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance is by far the best perk - especially since many roles are fully remote.

Cons

Merit raises have been subpar the last 4 years and do not come close to keeping with inflation, consistently the company cites great EBITDA growth but that never is shown in bonuses nor merit raises despite receiving “exceeds expectations” ratings. Parental leave is a nominal. Very easy to get “lost in the sauce” of such a large company.
