Pros
-Great travel policy with flexibility. Not overly micromanaged, which is empowering and incredibly important when you travel so much. -Per diem for CRAs -Support systems in place are top notch. The people are what make it different--and there are still lots of great people who truly care about the job and the company -3 weeks vacation as a CRA -Great management (but maybe slightly removed from the workforce the higher you go...inconsistencies) -CRA bonus programs
Cons
-Uncertainty and cynicism surrounding the merger -Employees feel undervalued and under appreciated (particular Sr. CRAs) -Quality inconsistencies across projects, in part due to substantial outsourcing -Salary increases not on par with industry changes/competitiveness
