It is a very good introduction into the pharmaceutical industry in terms of how pharmaceutical companies operate and how their data gets processed.
Cons
Some of the downsides to working at IMS Health include the lack of information sharing within various inter-departmental groups. Aside from that, the company does not have many cons and is a very good place to start working for IT individuals.
