      Great product, relevant to the current healthcare market

      Cons

      Lack of regular raises and when they happen they are minuscule, constantly understaffed so the employees are overworked and overwhelmed, focus more on the money and not on the treatment of employees

      Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

      The layoffs were handled quietly and unexpectedly, even though there were some early signs. They didn’t share who else was affected, but it was clearly more than just me.

      They’re doing layoffs in phases, and my position was part of the most recent round.
