Pros
Working with the best people in the industry and doing something to help others is very rewarding. The flexability and working from home offers opportunity for a satisfying work / life balance. The CTA group and Line Management in QSND is the best, most upbeat and supportative group I've ever worked with.
Cons
There are none. We are one big happy work-family. Everyone pitches in if needed, has advise and tips on how best to tackle a tasks or program and willing to share time and experience with others.
