-Flexible work schedule, ability to work from home when needed -Relaxed, fun office culture -A good first job out of college to attain in-demand analytical skills/SQL experience
Cons
-Management communicates poorly on all fronts -- individually, department-wide, company-wide. (For context: imagine getting hired for one team and on your first day getting moved to a different team with no notice. It's happened.) -Salary far below market rates, which would be fine if management did not consistently promise improvement here -Limited opportunities for growth if you don't want to be in management
