      Nothing to mention. No pros, No growth, No support.

      Cons

      No support from team members or manager for new joiners. One has to struggle to learn technology. HRs are not at all supportive. Arrogant lead and his supportive manager. I joined and left organization in 2 months. IQVIA is not a employee friendly company.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
