Not one single thing you can't get from another company without the headache.
Cons
Zero support staff for Monitors so ALL of the workload falls on the Monitors. There are no eTMF specialists, no recruitment specialists, no centalized monitors to answer site/Sponsor emails in a timely manner, etc. CTA's do the eTMF and cannot help with anything else. Expect you to be onsight 8+ days per month and with 1-2 days of travel per visit, so there is no time to do all of the work they throw on the Monitors. They want a fast job, not quality work. They say they are trying to change, but the lack of actual action speaks volumes.
