      Very large company so there are opportunities to move departments

      Cons

      Have never felt more underappreciated and used as a person than I have at iqvia. Horrible working conditions and work-life balance for terrible pay whilst the team is blamed for management incompetency, even though you're doing the work of multiple other people. Will lie to you or leave you in the dark if it benefits them. One manager in particular is a chauvinist and clearly considers women as lesser beings.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
