Pros
Interesting work. Get to work with a diverse group of motivated, talented people from around the globe. Company is growing, so there is a lot of financial stability, with opportunities for advancement. In general, people are easy to work with, are pleasant, and technically very good. Benefits are pretty good. I particularly like working with clients. Quintiles has the least turnover in employees among the major CROs. People tend to stay at the organization for a while. That indicates a general happiness among the employees.
Cons
Timelines are being squeezed (not a Quintiles issue, but a general issue in the industry). Sometimes long hours due to the timelines.
