      Pros

      The company has decent healthcare benefits, but a great Pension and 401K plan. Most people are very dedicated to their jobs and very customer focused.

      Cons

      Company keeps acquiring other companies and nutoriously sets very aggressive revenue and EBIDTA targets that are never met. People are overworked and there is no ability to build a bench to get ahead of the work

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
