Local management puts their insights and makes the work environment pathetic with no transparency and no clarification (PVC) and this results in frustration and confusion at lower level. Monetary offers and compensation are controlled by local management and they cut cost to the core. HR Department is Spineless to help with Work life balance, decrease work pressure. They do not and can not act against managers or any person on the higher post because he is the kind and people under him are slaves and no one cares about them. Managers will call in off hours and week ends and ask you to work like it is not a leave day and we owe it to them even if you have achieved your targets. The more you boot lick the more you grow.
