Pros
- work on a complex microservice architecture - code reviews and bdd , unit test need to done in the projects - Communication with the offshore team members and developers are really helpful. - seniors are really skillful and lot of learning opportunities from their code to learn . - clean code and design patterns must have to follow here - work life balance is good and i can plan my holiday anytime. No problems on that.
Cons
- sometimes need to solve many bug as the project is very huge, it might difficult to solve the issues because of knowlege gap. - not much engagement with the team member , all focuses on their task to solve but team leads helps to solve the task because there were technical refinement session. -
