      No work-life balance (regular 70h working week) - which is feasible if you don't have other listed below: Highly toxic culture in the EE region: no empathy, or emotional intelligence (regular messages that your are replaceable) No sufficient mentorship Information's are not shared by senior manager No advancement above middle manager's level Self-education beyond work is not recognized [MBA]

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
