Pros

Overall, it's not a bad company. Timely Payments: Employees are paid on time. 100% Remote Work: The role is fully home-based. New Equipment Provided: The company supplies new equipment including a laptop, monitor, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Work-Life Balance: This can be good if you manage your time effectively. Excellent Health Insurance: The health insurance plan in Argentina is great. Three Weeks Vacation: Employees receive three weeks of vacation. Free LinkedIn Learning: Access to LinkedIn Learning is provided at no cost.

Cons

Compensation: Salaries within the CTP department are notably lower compared to industry standards at other CROs. Management Style: Some managers adhere to outdated methodologies, promoting an "80-hour work week" culture with uncertain promotion prospects. Team Dependency: Work experience is highly dependent on individual team and manager assignments; a positive experience is largely contingent on fortunate placement. Cost Reduction Impact: Recent cost-reduction initiatives by the new CTP president are negatively affecting the department, leading to employee departures without apparent concern, due to the availability of lower-cost labor markets (e.g., the Philippines).

Cons

A lot of confusion and competition on who engages clients and who gets credit for sales. Clients are often confused on who is the point of contact .
