Pros
IPC has a great familial vibe if you are in the right department. Once hired there are plenty of options an available for growth and supported by leadership. Great pay and benefits compared to any companies I’ve ever worked for.
Cons
Work/ life balance is challenging in certain roles and some near impossible. Employees can get pigeon holed into a position they can’t get out of and while rare, it’s a big reason for turnover. Speaking of, IPC has a really low turnover rate due to promotions/transfers within the company.
