Pros
Flexible work hours if negotiated with the directors and is within reason. Great management on a social level, not so much when it comes to work. Overseas work from NZ seems okay and staff are friendly.
Cons
- Lack of projects produced from Sydney studio - Not very organised with project deliverables and level of software usage - No clear progression in career advancement - Salary is minimal
