      Pros

      Chilled out and Cool Studio close to Central Station in Surry Hills Revit-based business with lots of other software such as Rhino, Twin Motion, Blue Beam, Enscape, Lumion, and Sketchup Friendly Team and Work Environment Lots of variety in projects for experience

      Encourage the team to use more of the Revit power in projects

      Pros

      Flexible work hours if negotiated with the directors and is within reason. Great management on a social level, not so much when it comes to work. Overseas work from NZ seems okay and staff are friendly.

      Cons

      - Lack of projects produced from Sydney studio - Not very organised with project deliverables and level of software usage - No clear progression in career advancement - Salary is minimal
