Pros
Coworkers are good people to work with. It's a shame they get taken advantage of. Turn over is high because good people won't stay.
Cons
I have never worked with a more poorly run business in my life. From the fraudulent billing to the cash that never makes it to the bank to the payday that never seems to happen on payday because they don't have the money that week to pay you.for families that expect to have their paychecks on time this wouldn't be the place to go. You will be lied to and probably fired for questioning authority
