Only 1 hr lunch on your 10+ hour days Little respect if any No paid maternity leave "Can fire you for any reason" right from the employee handbook. Repeated 3 times in the handbook. Many are fired because they are replaced with cheaper paid employees. High turnover- revolving door Low employee moral High Stress Employee to client ratio... ridiculous This company has a small handful of employees that have been employed there for as many as 4 years, even though the company has been in business for over 15 years.... big red flag.

I have never worked with a more poorly run business in my life. From the fraudulent billing to the cash that never makes it to the bank to the payday that never seems to happen on payday because they don't have the money that week to pay you.for families that expect to have their paychecks on time this wouldn't be the place to go. You will be lied to and probably fired for questioning authority
