Instead of improving efficiency, these processes slowed everything down, created frustration, and ruined trust. There has been a consistent attempt to portray employees as unproductive or disengaged, which is both demoralizing and unfair. To go for drinking tea seems to be like a crime sometime. What is most disappointing is management's apparent blindness to the ongoing cultural decline. A strong culture once existed here, but it is gradually being dismantled. Morale is dropping day by day, and good people choosing to leave rather than continue in an environment driven by mistrust and excessive control.
