      This company is full of amazing people, who are instantly welcoming. Everyone has a true passion for what they do and who we are serving as a company.

      Cons

      It is a very fast paced company which is something I enjoy being a part of, but the pace may not be for everyone. However, if you are looking for a great company and great software to back it, this is the company to join!

      As a new hire, you sometimes worry how you are going to fit in or get acclimated to a new environment. At Incident IQ, everyone is extremely welcoming and collaborative from day 1!

      Walking on egg shells, upper management lives to fire people. Very disorganized and lacking training.
