Great benefits, easy enough work, opportunities for advancement, volunteer work, hour lunch
Cons
When you are understaffed they offer no help and it can be months before you are staffed again. Everyone is overworked -- even in corporate, the regionals have too much on their plate so they have no time to spend with individual branches.

Thank you for your feedback and it's great to hear you feel we're offering a 4 out of 5 star employment experience for you. In regards to staffing levels, I'd like to encourage you to speak to your community manager directly. We never want our staff members to feel as though they are doing the job of more than one person for an extended period of time. We've made recent adjustments which will allow all of our Regional Managers to spend even more time within their Communities. Our goal is consistent communication, like this, and to continue our excellent recruitment process for obtaining new team members.
