1. Project :- No out sourcing projects . There is need of some out-sourcing projects to give exposure to the company and employees. 2. Need to hire some professionals for project management, Project Testers, Software Analysts and Project architectures. 3. All the employees have to use all the facilities provided by the company like use White boards to discuss the flows, do short meeting before starting any task, take initiative to correct the things, written communication, try to do the work in new technologies, learn and use updated techniques of coding. 4. Sometime salary get delayed by 10 to 15 days .
