Hi There, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Glad to know that you are aware of the team meetings we are conducting. We are sorry that you feel so about the HR meetings and I am concerned about your comments. Let me explain the idea of the HR meetings. Our goal is to have an open chat and address common concerns that exist as a team. We are also conducting 1:1 meetings, as not everyone would open up given the team set up and those 1:1 sessions are in progress. We have covered more than 50% of the population through 1:1's alone. These meetings are detailed and take time. Apparently, your turn hasn't yet come so look out for it so that you may share your thoughts in greater detail.
