Pros

You get to innovate virtually about anything and everything. The company appreciates your ideas and innovations done for the betterment of the product or the day to day work. There are no strict rules in doing anything. You can complete your work in the most smart way you could imagine, and the managers will only appreciate your work (of course, if it has been done in the right way) This company has got a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

The company pays better than the service based companies. But when compared to other leaders in the product domain, the pay here is lesser. They should increase the pay a little more for all.

I'm interested in your comment on more transparency - I hope you are able to view the quarterly all-hands meetings when we talk extensively about our performance and what is happening across the organisation? I would definitely be interested in hearing about other areas where we could give more transparency!
