      Pros

      Payscales are better compared to other product-based companies. will get a chance to use advanced tools. QA guys get the opportinuty to work in DevOps activities as well.

      Cons

      Work is more challenging. There would be some deadline, we should complete the tasks within that time. Multiple tasks would be given at the same time, hence work time would get extended. The pressure would be common at every time.
