Great company, good Leadership at top level - Software QA Engineer Informatica Employee Review

-Bad leadership at managerial levels, experienced this with multiple teams -Many of my colleagues are facing the heat from their managers with bad culture that is getting cooked up in BDM, PAM & Integrations team. -You will be treated very rudely, feels like this is some sort of very bad service based companies. -The seniors that are there in some team response to these behaviours are "This is how a manager should be in-order to get the work done" (lol) -HR does not listen to ur concerns too as the managers are present in the company from 10+ yrs -Internally promoted managers are almost very rude. Managers joining from other good companies maintaining some good cultures.
