Pros
No micros manager on your back. Informatica like smart employees who can think outside the box and have the ability react to different situations. Flexi hours are very handy . Come in early go home early- come in late go home late. Very good work life balance.
Cons
None really. the only thing I can say if you come from an overly structure company like Oracle and used to micro management you might be in for a shock. In this company you need to think outside the box.
