Pros
Great innovation on the technology side, and accelerating in cloud offering. The legacy on premise brand has changed to a cloud brand quite effectively
Cons
Favouritism rife through the EMEA organisation. Some very toxic people who talk down to people. Though some toxic leaders have left the company, the new ones coming on board aren't any different. No increment for 3 years, it's a joke! HR works as a puppet for the sales leaders.
