Pros
- The people are great and make working fun - I've had some managers push me to grow - People appreciate and recognize good performance - Rarely work over 40 hrs
Cons
- PTO is technically unlimited, but there is pressure to take less than 20 days - There is not much focus on growing technical skills beyond Informatica products which could help us be better consultants - Pay could be more competitive - We are still struggling with delivering cloud solutions, which is our bet for the future
