Pros
Work with a lot of talented people and get a different perspective on approaching everything. They offer a outstanding home style food and some people get cab at a very reasonable fare. You can find a lot of opportunities outside when you are a INFA employee. A very solid product that has a very good future plans maybe if you are a full time employee it’s a great place.
Cons
No internal career growth,Only way out is job switch. Be it how hard you work you will be in the same designation and pay-scale will never change.
