Pros
Great, mostly hardworking people throughout the entire company to work with. Executive management seems to genuinely desire success for the company and its employees. Fast-paced, energetic work environment in the corporate office.
Cons
Work environment and tight operating budgets often require doing very much with very little, but it is changing for the better in some departments. Office politics can sometimes be an issue.
